The collection documents Censi’s experience as a Futurist “performer”, capable of expressing F.T. Marinetti’s Parolibere and E. Prampolini’s Aereopitture with her body alone, and highlights the link between the Italian avant-garde and the overall rejuvenation of the international avant-garde’s choreographic and sculptural language.

The library contains a small section of choreography books collected by Cesi, including a bibliography of magazine articles published in the 1970s and 1980s that accompanied the rediscovery of Censi’s significance to the historic avant-garde.
