Collection of around 90 documents relating primarily to Paolo Caruso’s ethnology studies on the thought and work of Claude Lévi-Strauss. The collection includes a great many letters sent to Caruso by publishers, university professors, philosophers and journalists as well as around fifty photos comprising a series of original copies dating to the 1930s which document Levi-Strauss’s explorations of the indigenous peoples of Brazil.
