On the occasion of the "In font we trust" exhibition (2017) graphic designer Leonardo Sonnoli, winner of the Compasso d’oro prize in 2011 and 2018, donated 376 posters designed by him since 1996 to Mart. Designed for the purposes of a multiplicity of international clients these posters are, for the most part, characterised by a markedly experimental approach to lettering.

Together with the collection of posters Leonardo Sonnoli donated twenty or so publications whose graphic design he worked on, such as exhibition catalogues and photo publications, including Matera cityscape. La città nascosta (2015), compasso d’oro prize winner in 2018, but also art editions such as Isotta (2010), inspired by Tristano by Nanni Balestrini.
