These papers originated with the heirs of Gino Pancheri (Trento, 23 August 1905-23 December 1943), one of the best known Trentino painters of the 20th century. They comprise over 200 newspaper cuttings, around fifty letters sent by Gino to his family documenting certain stages of the artist's life from the late 1920s to the early 1930s and a number of writings, a few pamphlets and loose articles, a list of work, bibliographical notes and preparatory material for exhibitions and monographs.
