Library

This bibliographical collection is made up of more than one thousand documents ranging from books (568), leaflets and extracts (367) and periodicals (170 titles of various sizes).  A significant part of it is naturally linked to Figini and Pollini’s professional life with theory and history of architecture, town planning, regulatory plans, technical manuals and projects for public work. Its interest in art is by no means secondary, however, including exhibition catalogues, art monographs, aesthetics essays, and also literature, especially French literature. The numerous sector journals, including in foreign languages (Moderne Bauformen, The Architectural Review, L’architecture d’aujourd’hui) frequently supplement other Mart library collections.
